SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-2 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. 

Domestic orders will ship via Fedex. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking. If you have questions about typical shipping times to your address, please email saintwinifredhats@gmail.com for more information.   

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for store credit:

Online orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. 

You must first email saintwinifredhats.com for a return merchandise authorization RMA number. No exchange will be accepted without an RMA and prior authorization. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. 

Please email saintwinifredhats@gmail.com and we will issue you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase. You may use this for any merchandise on our website. Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. 

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package returns in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 15 business days.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label for to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange.
